Show Preview: ServiceNow Now Forum & Now Summit Europe 2018

The best way to adopt global technology developments is to get first-hand experiences delivered by people that really understand your specific workplace challenges, strategic position and organisational goals.

That’s just part of the reason why ServiceNow takes its Now Forum and Now Summit customer experience conference and exhibition series on the road. So now I’m excited to be able to introduce the European sector of Now Forum and Now Summit 2018 with this brief preview.

We start the UK leg of this EMEA tour in London with a Now Forum event spanning 17-18 October. After London the show moves to Germany with the Now Summit event in Frankfurt on 24 October. We follow with Now Summit Netherlands in Amsterdam on 25 October, before we close up with Now Summit Paris on 20 November.

Combined, the four European Now Forum events will welcome thousands of business leaders, technology practitioners and ServiceNow customers who are leading the charge to deliver smarter, faster business services.

Connect, network & learn

Complementary to attend, the ServiceNow European event series this year will bring forward much of the best keynote content and analysis we presented at Knowledge18, which was staged in Las Vegas in May.

Attendees at all of our events will be able to experience targeted training, hands‑on educational sessions and labs, business-technology analysis clinics and the always-popular chance for some informal networking time.

As well as main stage keynotes, this year’s events will feature topic keynotes focused on: IT; customer service; security; and human resources. For those who like to get a handle on being really hands-on, there are also ServiceNow CreatorCon workshops and Intelligent App builder labs running throughout the day at each show.

There are also customer spotlight sessions and wider use-case presentations for those who demand practical, first-hand examples. This is a 360-degree technology showcase, so we will also focus on customer experiences, agent experiences and employee experiences.

All this will lead up to our ‘locknote’ concluding presentation where we examine how all these forces add up to create the real future of work.

London Release preview

The timing of these events is also special for ServiceNow because it gives us an unrivalled opportunity to showcase the new functionality that customers can leverage in the recently announced ‘London’ release of the ServiceNow Now Platform.

Of the many tracks available this year, our London Release preview session is sure to prove popular. We’ll also host dedicated sessions devoted to examining governance, risk and compliance and look at new ServiceNow features that address these issues.

Customer insight means knowledge

A wide selection of EMEA-based customers will be speaking at the Now Forum Europe conference series, presenting with the specific aim to share knowledge, open up insight and explain how business models can be digitally transformed using the breadth of the ServiceNow platform itself.

Customers in attendance at this year’s events include:

  • Now Forum London: BP, CYBG, Astra Zeneca, Veolia, NXP, Vitality, RBS, Alexander Mann and Virgin Trains,
  • Now Summit Frankfurt: AutoLiv, Benteler, Freudenberg IT, Siemens Healthineers and Schaeffler Tech

Now Summit Amsterdam: ABN AMRO, Engie, Royal Philips and VIVAT
