ServiceNow Creators Unite at #HackNow Europe 2016

Since its founding, ServiceNow has been continually impressed by the ability of its customers to build innovative, creative, and transformative applications on top of the platform.  More than 1,000 platform customers have built an average of 3.5 custom apps each.  The application showcase in the ServiceNow Community is just a sampling of the expansive list of business apps created over the years.

ServiceNow has always celebrated and evangelised these creators in as many ways as possible so that other IT engineers can learn and then further exchange effective concepts and methodologies.

It’s now time to get excited in Europe because ServiceNow is bringing #HackNow to Europe this December.

The first European #HackNow Hackathon will be held December 8, 2016 in London. Sign up here!

Experience the revolution first-hand

On its 2016 roadshow, #HackNow has already visited India and Australia (check out #HackNow on Twitter to follow the fun, photos and winners!). For the London event, ServiceNow’s engineering team will bring together a wealth of expertise and offer attendees unlimited access to the company’s technical resources.

London HackNow is open to the entire ServiceNow community of employees, partners, customers and professional developers from third party organisations or independents.

Chris Pope, a key figure in ServiceNow’s Office of the CSO, shared that he has seen customers continually driving the ServiceNow platform into new areas of deployment across every line of business.

“Our community has used the ServiceNow platform to customize, modernize and rationalize the way workflows are requested, fulfilled and measured. We offer developers a common platform and a series of custom-aligned solutions that they can use to deconstruct problems and then quickly scale and deliver services in new ways,” said Pope.

Tooling up on the latest ServiceNow release

Pope and team promise access to the latest and greatest elements of what has been called the most powerful ServiceNow release to date. The India leg of HackNow broke all records for registrations and applications built (1,100 and 80 respectively), so the team has big expectations for the forthcoming London event.

As with all ServiceNow technical engineering events, the company expects to welcome practitioners from all industries including healthcare, manufacturing, life sciences, media & entertainment, education, energy, utilities and retail.

Sign up for London #HackNow here. If you can’t be there in person, join us on Twitter using #HackNow before, during, and after the event.

For more, check out what’s to come at ServiceNow’s Knowledge17 and CreatorCon events in Orlando, Florida May 7-11, 2017. Knowledge is the most important gathering for professionals ready to learn, share, and push the boundaries of service.

You can join in the discussion on Twitter using #Know17 and #CreatorCon.

See you there!
